One day at a time...

I have decided to really put myself on the line. Online.

I am a dedicated athlete. I am a bodybuilder.

I make my living as a musician.

But make no mistake. My passion for bodybuilding is an equivalent commitment to a second career.

The gym is my sculpting studio. My body is the medium.

Every time I move weight, is like taking a chisel to marble.

Every meal and my supplements are like art supplies.

The overall project is to create a work of art with the body God gave me.

I have reached an astonishing level of fitness to date. I have a better body at 54 than I had in college.

But with every accomplishment comes the need to set new goals.

My goal is to document the next stage...

I am already at a level of fitness thought impossible for a man my age.

The next level? RIPPED. Defined. Literally a walking anatomy chart.

It's not going to be easy. But nothing in my life is easy.

I'm setting out on this journey. And I am inviting you to join me.

Here we go!

(I gratefully acknowledge my friend, health guru and former personal trainer, Frank Tortorici, and my personal physician Andre Berger for getting me here. I also wish to acknowledge Brent Tinsley, who has generously agreed to supervise my diet and training as I work toward my new goal set.)
